Payment Policy

Thank You for choosing TheMillCreek.net.  We are committed to providing you with quality and affordable website solutions.

 

Please understand that prompt payment is appreciated for website design, domain names, and web hosting charges - fees, as well as other related charges and fees.

 

Timely payments allows us to keep our rates fair and reasonable for all clients.

 

  • Payments must be made promptly based on the agreed schedule, for new website(s) created by TheMillCreek.net -- This schedule is determined, before work commences on the website(s).
  • Delinquent bills can be assessed a $15 late charge if payment is not received within 10 days of the date on the invoice from TheMillCreek.net
  • TheMillCreek.net electronically sends invoices to the contact email address on file, for the client.
  • If an amount remains delinquent 30 days after its due date, an additional 10% penalty will be added for each month of delinquency.
  • TheMillCreek.net reserves the right to remove any web design project from viewing on the Internet until final payment is made for a new website; and/or refrain from making any update(s) to a website, until the account is paid in full and brought up to date, by the client.
  • Payments may be made by personal or company check.  Major Credit Cards are Accepted.
  • There is a $50.00 fee, for checks returned by a bank, to TheMillCreek.net, for any reason, including insufficient funds.
  • TheMillCreek.net reserves the right, to require prepayment for services to be rendered to client, if client has had a past due history with TheMillCreek.net
  • In case collection action proves necessary, the client agrees to pay all fees incurred by that process, by TheMillCreek.net.

 

Clients experiencing financial hardship should contact TheMillCreek.net to discuss payment options, before work commences on their website, including updates and maintenance. 

 

If the client contacts TheMillCreek.net after work commences and/or is completed on their website, including updates and maintenance, there will be no payment options available to the clients.
